The entire process of “cook”, “eat” and “wash” is smart and efficient.

Fujita Kinzoku has developed the handle that can be easily attached and detached simply by sliding top half of the handle lightly with your thumb. Feelings of solid natural wood from Tendo City, Yamagata, and smooth and easy movement of slide mechanism is always pleasant to use.

1.6mm thick mill scale steel plate allows ingredients to be cooked slowly and thoroughly even by low heat and it brings juicy texture of meat, crunchy texture of vegetables, and bread can be crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
